One admin surface for Kamashka and Academy.

This dashboard will manage content, roles, publishing workflows, and academy operations from a single Supabase-backed database. We are starting with the admin shell and login flow, then we will connect permissions and routes from here.

Domain target: dashboard.kamshka.com. Shared database: Supabase. Academy will reuse the same backend when we expand the student and instructor workflows.
